Privacy
Short version: we only want your email
Nobody asked for a privacy policy either, but here it is, in plain English.
Who we are
This site (citizen-noone.com) is run by Citizen Noone, the data controller for anything described here. Questions about your data go to shout@citizen-noone.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the list. That's it.
- Our server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser) for a short time to keep the site secure. To stop spam sign-ups we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for 24 hours, then delete it.
This page has no tracking cookies, no analytics and no third-party fonts or scripts.
What we do with it
We send you new tracks, new opinions and the occasional interruption you signed up for. Our legal basis is your consent, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Your address is stored on our own server, not handed to a mailing-list company. Our hosting provider runs the hardware, and that's it. We will never sell it or share it.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing shout@citizen-noone.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this changes (for example when the shop opens), we'll update this page and the date below.
